Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days to return an item after you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have tags or labels attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return request, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item is received so that we can assess the issue and rectify the situation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable items (food, cut flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made products (custom orders, personalized items, etc.) and personal care products (cosmetics, etc.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you want to receive your desired item as soon as possible, please return the item you have and make a separate purchase of a new item after receiving the return.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the previous provisions, if the item is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving any reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, not worn or used, with tags or labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post your refund.
